In recent elections, the American people have sent one message loud and clear: reproductive rights matter. We want to make our own decisions about whether and when to have a child, without interference from judges and politicians.
The ACLU played a key role in these election wins, educating voters and energizing them to go to the polls. And it will continue to play a role in 2024, both getting out the vote and protecting it, as extremists deploy new tactics like racial gerrymandering and voter intimidation to block the will of the people.
But the ACLU needs our support. It needs all of us who believe that reproductive choices are personal choices to stand with the ACLU.
We just did. In November, we made a sizable donation to the ACLU to power its fight for abortion rights.
