Earlier today at noon marked the start of an important period that will determine the shape of our state's political future. Over the course of the next two weeks federal, state, legislative, and local candidates will file their intent to run for political office in 2024.



The races to be determined are numerous and important: the governor's race, the attorney general's race, 1 NC Supreme Court seat, 3 NC Court of Appeals seats, 8 statewide offices, all 170 state House and Senate seats, and a number of important local races.



Our prayer for this period echoes 1 Timothy 2:1-2, in "that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people — for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." We urge you to join us in praying for and encouraging people to run as candidates who will champion the values of life, family, and religious freedom that lead to human flourishing.



Each year our coalition works toward advancing public policies that protect and promote your values by educating voters about the best pro-values candidates for public office. But it starts with finding the right candidates who actually file to run!



We plan for this upcoming election to be our most impactful year! <[link removed]>



Throughout the year, our team evaluates candidates using questionnaires, candidate interviews, public position statements, and past voting records. We focus on finding men and women we believe to be the best candidates to stand strong in Raleigh and Washington D.C. for family values like protecting life, advancing religious freedoms, promoting school choice, and ensuring privacy and safety for our children.



From legislative scorecards, to iVoterGuide candidate evaluations, to a great number of other useful and time-saving election tools, we are hard at work year round impacting elections before, during, and after they have started.
