- It was founded by Tucker Carlson, a man so extreme he was fired by Fox News.
- In 2016, it amplified extremist election conspiracy theories from Infowars and other far-right websites.
- In addition to the shady connections already mentioned, it has a history of disturbing ties to white nationalists.
The Daily Caller is functionally a propaganda outlet that employs far-right bloggers who pretend to be journalists. They publish hit pieces that are light on facts and heavy on hate and conspiracy theories — and this latest “report” is no different.
But the real reason they published their recent hit piece is that they’re terrified of us. They’re finally being confronted by journalists who aren’t afraid to call out their lies in real-time in the places where misinformation spreads the fastest and expose them for what they are.
