Southside Berkeley Upzoning Victory Party!

The Berkeley City Council recently signed off on new zoning regulations to raise height limits and loosen development requirements in the area south of UC Berkeley's campus, this is a major win for current and future UC Berkeley students, and for the environment. Up to 2,500 more dwelling units could be added to the area, allowing students to live close to the university.
We will be at Freehouse, at the corner of College and Bancroft, from 6pm to 8pm next Monday, December 4th, join us to celebrate and learn more about our shared vision for a dense and vibrant Berkeley!
