In case you missed it, earlier this month the ISRA LAC appealed the recent 7th Circuit Court Decision to deny an injunction against Illinois’ “Assault Weapons” ban.  

This appeal is the next step on the road to a likely hearing in front of the US Supreme Court. ISRA has spent over the years hundreds of thousands of dollars in court. The present legal challenges are going to amount to more than $1 million by the time they are completed.
