Ottawa County Unemployment Rate for October 2023

Preliminary unemployment rates for October 2023 were recently released by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Ottawa County?s October unemployment rate was 3.1%. Of Michigan counties, Ottawa County had the second lowest unemployment rate for October. Rates across the state ranged from 3.1% in Grand Traverse County to 6.3% in Osceola County.

Forty-eight Michigan counties saw their unemployment rates decrease in October. Across the year, 51 counties have seen a fall in their unemployment rate.
