Dear John,

There is less than 24 hours left to donate to the Big Give Christmas Challenge!

Can you Support Pantries During the Big Give Christmas Challenge?

We've almost reached our target, but we're not there yet! Thank you to those who have supported the campaign so far.

If you haven't donated yet. Could you help us reach our goal of raising £10,000 to support the Your Local Pantry network? The campaign ends at 12pm tomorrow.

The money raised this week will go towards the Your Local Pantry network to help them stock up on supplies, to enhance their wraparound support, and to help make them even more effective community hub spaces.

The Your Local Pantry network is a lifeline to so many during raising costs of living. Here are some of the things Pantry members have said this year:

“It’s the only shop where I don’t feel depressed at the exorbitant price of everything. And sometimes it’s my only direct contact with people all week.”

- Anonymous Pantry member

“Since we joined we can afford more for our children, e.g. better school shoes, ice-cream for a treat, occasionally.”

- Anonymous Pantry member

“I am now able to use the money I am saving to buy sensory items for my son who is autistic. They can be quite expensive so I wasn’t able to buy things to help him before.”

- Anonymous Pantry member

This week, make a big difference to the members of the Your Local Pantry network. Every donation will be match-funded by the Big Give to make twice the impact on food insecurity. Your donations will help the Pantries stock up during the winter months and help make Pantries even more effective neighbour-led community hubs.

How the Big Give Christmas Challenge Works

When you donate to a charity through a Big Give campaign, funders are then asked to match that donation. For every £1 raised during this week, another £1 will be given to the charity. For more information about how this works, visit the Big Give website.
