John –
As Hank mentioned recently, the U.S. Supreme Court has adopted a code of conduct.
This is a huge first step. It means that the conservative justices recognize that they have a legitimacy problem. That's because of Hank's work and friends like you who are supporting him.
But the code of conduct the Supreme Court is adopting doesn't fix the problem. That's because there's no accountability and no enforcement mechanism. The Supreme Court will still be a black box in which we're supposed to just trust the justices' judgments about their own ethical issues.
Hank is ready to keep fighting for true accountability. But we wanted to check in with you, John — do you think the new code of conduct goes far enough? Or do you want Hank to keep pushing for true accountability?
Thanks for sharing your opinion!
