The Subcommittee on Communications and Technology held an oversight hearing to ensure the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which oversees broadband deployment, is being a good steward of taxpayer dollars. With many rural communities still lacking access to high-speed internet, we will continue to hold the Biden Administration accountable for its burdensome regulations that are increasing costs and hampering connectivity.

Georgia's pro-growth polices, like our right-to-work laws, are a major contributor to our status as the number one state to do business for 10 years running. These laws not only provide workers with the freedom to choose how they spend their hard-earned paychecks, but also attract private industry to our state—resulting in more jobs for Georgians. I asked our witnesses about why right-to-work states are attracting employers, as well as President Biden's and Democrat's destructive pro union boss agenda.
