John,

One year ago, my colleagues and I worked tirelessly to pass landmark, anti-corruption legislation to create a more fair election process -- aiming to remove corporate and special interest influence on our elections.

Fast-forward to today -- that bill, and hundreds of others like it, continue to pile up on Mitch McConnell’s desk while he refuses to take action.

Like you, I’m incredibly frustrated with his inaction on the critical issues facing Americans every day. I hope that you’ll join me in urging Mitch McConnell and the Senate to bring this legislation to a vote. You can sign the petition here: [link removed]

Thanks for taking action with us today.

John,

One year ago, the House passed a comprehensive anti-corruption bill that would transform our elections and cut through the influence of big DC money.

This legislation had all the making to be a game-changer for democracy and uplift the power of people all across the country. We were proud when Colin co-sponsored this groundbreaking bill -- and when it overwhelmingly passed the House, we were thrilled to see it make its way to the Senate.

But sadly -- thanks to Mitch McConnell -- this bill hasn’t seen the light of day in months.

As Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell has the ability to bring Colin’s bill to the Senate Floor for a vote. But as the leader in protecting DC’s special interests groups, ol’ Mitch is hoping he can pull a fast one on the American people by burying it.

We can’t let him get away with this, John.

The time to act is now. Will you join us in signing our petition to demand Mitch McConnell end his blockade and bring this legislation to a vote? Only public pressure can move McConnell on this -- so we need all hands on deck.
