URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Stop ConocoPhillips from DESTROYING the Arctic for the Willow Project! >> Take action now!

Picture this: a snowy paradise. Glaciers drift on sparkling blue waters. A polar bear and her cub wander the icy terrain in search of a safe den to rest. A caribou herd seeks refuge for the winter.

Just a few months from now – swarms of heavy “thumper” trucks will roll in. Airstrips and roads will replace bear and caribou habitat. Hundreds of millions of gallons of water will be pumped out of glacial lakes. In total, more than 272 thousand acres of the Arctic will be impacted – unless you help us stop this disastrous proposal!

ConocoPhillips is beginning the process of seismic testing for its Willow Project – the largest oil and gas development on U.S. lands. Many Indigenous  people, like the Iñupiaq Peoples, depend on these lands for their way of life and are leading the fight against this disastrous project. Will you support their demands?

Tell the Department of Interior to STOP seismic testing for the Willow Project and PROTECT the Arctic before this urgent comment period closes! Sign the petition now!

The Arctic is warming at FOUR TIMES the rate of other regions! This is a region particularly vulnerable to climate change, which would only be accelerated by the Willow Project. Melting habitats for caribou means less food and a vanishing way of life for the Indigenous people who reside here.

The Willow Project is only the beginning, and ConocoPhillips has admitted as much to investors. This seismic testing proposal shows the company is eyeing BILLIONS of barrels of oil in Alaska’s Arctic. The Department of Interior could stop it. Instead, it’s prioritizing the short-term profits of ConocoPhillips over this fragile ecosystem and the entire planet! Please, Friend, we need 1,382 more signatures from your area – will you help save the Arctic from this greedy company?
