I went from serving pancakes at IHOP to sacking Tom Brady in the NFL. My name is Wallace Gilberry. I was raised by a single mom and my great-grandma in Lower Alabama. I thank God every day for leading me to football. I never could have imagined that I’d go on to play at the University of Alabama after having no offers in high school, then have a 9-year career playing in the NFL for the Kansas City Chiefs & the Cincinnati Bengals after going undrafted.
