Last week at America First Legal, we filed a federal civil rights complaint against Macy's for alleged racial discrimination in hiring. We also filed a lawsuit on behalf of Rachel Walden, a member of the governing board of Mesa Public Schools, against the school district for encouraging and assisting students to identify as members of the opposite sex without notifying parents. In our lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security's illegal "Homeland Intelligence Experts Group," we filed a motion for preliminary injunction to shut down this unlawful committee. This week, we filed an amended complaint in our lawsuit against Target Corporation and its Board of Directors. The lawsuit is brought on behalf of a group of shareholders for the company's betrayal of customers and shareholders with its misleading representations about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mandates, and for causing Target shareholders to lose billions of dollars. America First Legal’s (AFL) Center for Legal Equality filed a federal civil rights complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against Macy’s, Inc. for apparent illegal racial discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
