Liberals in Congress are trying to sneak through taxpayer-funded abortion as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), an annual military funding bill that's considered "must-pass."

Contact Delegate Norton, your senators now, and ask them to weigh in BEFORE the NDAA is finalized. Tell them that taxpayer-funded abortion is unacceptable!

The left's obsession with abortion has stalled efforts to finalize this year's defense bill. You'll remember that following the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022, the Biden administration issued a policy that unilaterally funds abortion travel for abortions for servicemembers and their dependents. This both violates the law and injects the abortion agenda into national defense policy.

In July, the House passed its version of the NDAA with the Jackson-Roy Amendment, rolling back the Pentagon's unlawful abortion policy. The version of the NDAA passed by the Democrat-controlled Senate does not include such language. Both sides are in conference to hammer out a final agreement.

The question is, will the Jackson-Roy language survive these negotiations? Tony Perkins discussed this Wednesday with Rep. Chip Roy, co-author of the pro-life language in the House bill:
