The House passed the No Funds for Iranian Terrorism Act to permanently freeze $6 billion of Iranian funds released as part of the Biden administration's hostage deal in September.

We cannot allow Iran access to these funds that they can use for their terrorist agenda.

Hiking seniors' health care premiums for life for delaying Medicare enrollment makes no sense and only hurts those already struggling on fixed income.

I helped lead the Medicare Economic Security Solutions Act to cap late enrollment fees.

This week, the Uyghur Policy Act passed out of the House Foreign Affairs Committee!

Thank you to my colleagues for joining me to stand with Uyghurs facing unthinkable atrocities by the CCP. We are gaining momentum to get this across the finish line.

UN Women cannot expect to be a human rights leader if it ignores Hamas' brutal attacks and sexual violence in Israel and Gaza against civilians, especially women.

Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick and I led 87 bipartisan colleagues to demand answers from the United Nations.

Traveling is already expensive. The last thing families need after budgeting for trips is to be hit with last-minute fees.

I'm leading the No Hidden FEES Act with Rep. Castor to provide cost transparency and ensure consumers are not misled.

This week, I spoke on the House floor in support of my bipartisan bill the Medicare Economic Security Solutions Act (H.R. 6490), to help lower Medicare costs for seniors by capping late enrollment fees.

I’m proud to help lead this bipartisan and commonsense bill that would lower costs for my constituents.

I enjoyed inducting the new Asian Business Association Orange County board of directors at their 32nd Gala and Awards ceremony in Anaheim. This organization is near and dear to my heart. I look forward to continuing to work together to help small business owners achieve their American dream.

Governor Newsom took a vanity trip to China and rolled out the red carpet for Xi Jinping back home, as he continues to sweep the crises facing Californians under the rug.

He's made clear time and time again that his priority is not the people of California.

I visited the Tustin Hangar site and Command Center at City Hall to hear updates from Orange County Fire Authority Chief Wiedensohler, Tustin Mayor Lumbard, and Acting City Manager Bernard.

I'm closely monitoring the impacts of the fire and working to protect CA-40 public health and safety. Please reach out to my office at (714) 984-2440 if you have any questions or need assistance. In FY2022, nearly two-thirds of fentanyl found at our Southern border was at SoCal ports of entry in San Diego and Imperial counties.

At this week’s House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on securing our Southern border, I asked questions on how we can address the growing fentanyl crisis happening across the country and right here in our SoCal backyard. The fentanyl crisis is personal for too many in CA-40, and I'm committed to stopping the flow of this lethal drug into our communities.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's section 1071 rule would impose higher costs for small businesses and burden small financial institutions, especially small community banks and small credit unions, with more unnecessary requirements. Regulations should make life easier, not harder.

I voted to rescind this rule and will keep fighting for common sense.
