Rep. Andy Kim newsletter banner image

Greetings,

We hope you have had a great week! Congressman Kim had a busy week meeting with students and celebrating infrastructure investments in the district before heading to Washington for votes and committee business. We also closed out Native American Heritage Month this week. While we honor indigenous communities across the country, celebrate their diverse cultures, and history, we must continue our steadfast work to support and uplift Tribal Nations.

As always, we hope you find these updates and resources helpful.

Congressman Kim Speaks with Lawrence High School Students

On Monday, Congressman Kim enjoyed a conversation with government and politics students at Lawrence High School. It’s always great to speak with local students about what they are passionate about, how they can participate in our democracy, and talk through questions they have about our government. We know the knowledge from the classroom will help inform their continued engagement in our democracy!

Congressman Kim Joins Project Freedom Inc. to Celebrate Groundbreaking

Early this week, Congressman Kim spoke at Project Freedom Inc.’s groundbreaking for another barrier-free housing complex in our community. Their work across New Jersey helps give neighbors the opportunity to live how they want with accessible and affordable housing.

Congressman Kim is proud to support their work for people with disabilities and help celebrate the groundbreaking today of another impactful, local complex.
