MFC Signs Amicus Brief in the Indiana Transgender Child Removal Case

MFC joined forces this week with allies to ask the Supreme Court to protect parental rights. We signed an Amicus Brief entitled, “States and Courts May Not Remove a Child From the Home Over Doubts About Transgender Theory.” Please pray for the outcome of this case and the impact it could have on future cases regarding parental rights.

American Classroom: Minnesota Middle School Bans Student Cell Phones — and ‘Kids Are Happy’

Via American Classroom

A Minnesota middle school banned student cellphones a year ago, and the difference it made was “night and day,” according to school officials.

“I believe (the ban) is game-changing and will have lasting impacts on our students for years to come,” Maple Grove Middle School Principal Patrick Smith told WCCO.

“There was no cross-the-table conversations, there was no interaction in the hallways,” he said. “And let’s be real, with these devices, our students – especially our teenagers – there’s a lot of drama that comes from social media, and a lot of conflict that comes from it.”

Last year, school officials banned student cell phone use for the entire school day, from 8:10 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., following a variety of issues at the school tied to the devices.

Comment from MFC: We're grateful to MN State Representative Kristin Robbins for her efforts to bring this strategy to more schools in Minnesota!

Progressive Politician Resigns - Take Action for YOUR Values in SPECIAL ELECTION

The resignation of a progressive politician (who actually resigned to pursue a job leading Planned Parenthood North Central States) has prompted an extremely important special election that will influence the future of our state will occur on December 5th in Minnesota House District 52B (Eagan, Mendota, and Mendota Heights).

This election is important because if a pro-life, pro-family candidate wins this election, we are closer to our goal of replacing the current radical progressive majority in the House with one that shares our fundamental values of life, family and religious freedom.

This is more than just a vote; it's a decision about the direction of our community and our North Star State. We need your help to make sure that every informed citizen participates in this special election. Normally, special elections have notoriously low turnout. But together, we can get Minnesotans out to vote that are passionate about defending life, family, and religious freedom. Please, aid us in our endeavor by forwarding this email to family and friends in Eagan, Mendota and Mendota Heights and encouraging them to vote THIS Tuesday, Dec 5.

Remember, elections matter because Minnesotans matter. That's why I need you to forward this email to your friends and family in Eagan, Mendota and Mendota Heights TODAY!
