What's New?
This month the latest updates to data.census.gov include three features we hope will enhance your experience:
- Table Notes Toolbar: This new functionality allows you to print and search the contents of the table notes.
- New filter hover effects: When hovering over a selected filter, you will now see a pop-up with the full label of the filter for easy readability.
- Improved ZIP download output: The annotation columns have been removed in the download to simplify the output and make it easier to read. The information in these columns are already included as special characters in the corresponding data columns.
- Enhanced Search recognition: We've improved the ability to recognize search terms typed in the single search bar by implementing a neural network.
Featured Question
Why does my table not show all my selected geographies?
- It is often a result of the 1-year estimates being used instead of the 5-year estimates. Use the product dropdown menu to change to ACS 5-year estimates.
- The 1-year estimates are only available for geographies with a population of 65,000 or more, and 5-year estimates are available for geographies with a smaller population.
- Technical Issues
- Slow network connection
- A Census Bureau system issue
