Idaho — The state House passed a bill that would require retailers that sell e-cigarettes to be permitted through the state and inspected by the Department of Health and Welfare to ensure products aren’t sold to minors.

New Mexico —– Gov. Grisham signed into law a bill establishing a licensure process for e-cigarette and other tobacco product retailers and creating a Tobacco 21 policy.
