Hunter Biden is refusing to submit to a deposition in front of my committee for one simple reason: he thinks he gets to dictate the terms of a subpoena because he’s the President’s son.

 

I have news for Hunter and the entire Biden Crime Family; that’s not going to fly with me.

 

I don’t care what their last name is, nobody is above the law.

 

Hunter and every other Biden family member who receives a lawful subpoena from me will comply with my investigation.

 

The Biden family lawyers are desperate to have their Democrat lackeys on the Oversight Committee run interference as my Republican colleagues and I ask the pressing questions that will expose Joe Biden’s role as head of the Biden Crime Family.

 

Without proven liars Jamie Raskin and Dan Goldman grandstanding for the camera’s, Hunter’s sworn testimony, which I will publicly release, will lay bare the influence peddling and widespread cover-up perpetrated by the Biden family.

 

That’s why the Biden’s are fighting harder than ever to keep their sprawling criminal enterprise from blowing up in their faces. Which means we must fight back harder than ever, too.

 

They’ve even had shady out-of-town opposition researchers in my hometown digging into every business record and acre of land I’ve ever owned to smear me and my family.

 

Not once has my courage wavered in my pursuit of exposing the truth about the Biden Crime Family, and I know you’re counting on me to remain steadfast in my resolve.
