And while none of my opponents are stepping up to fight for our party, I stepped up to the stage last night to debate against the Left's favorite champion for failure, Gavin Newsom.
In California, he caused a mass exodus out of the state, and we've seen cities run rampant with crime. This is what Newsom and the rest of the Democrats have in mind for this entire country, and it will only accelerate the destruction we've seen under Joe Biden.
John, that's why yesterday's debate was so important. America deserves to know what we're facing.
I need you to choose today to fight back with me. Ron DeSantis comes from blue-collar roots in the state of Florida. Nothing was handed to him, he worked his way through college and led his team as the Yale Baseball captain.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Ron DeSantis graduated from Harvard Law School, but was so moved by the events of September 11, 2001, that he volunteered to serve in the Navy to fight for our freedom.
When he returned, he started a life of public service by serving Florida as both Congressman and now Governor.
