New Resource: Grounded Solutions Network announces the release of its Interactive Map of Community Land Trusts and Nonprofits with Shared Equity Homeownership

Grounded Solutions Network is thrilled to announce the release of our brand-new interactive map detailing the national population of Community Land Trusts (CLTs) and Nonprofits with Shared Equity (SE) Homeownership [[link removed]]. Utilizing the data from the 2022 census of CLTs and SE entities, this new interactive tool, developed in partnership with GreenInfo Network [[link removed]] allows users to:

Find the location and service areas of CLTs and SE entities across the United States; Learn information about the types of units and estimated number of units within a CLT or SE program; Identify key program characteristics like resale formulas and income levels; Provide a downloadable database.
