Three years ago, President Biden made a promise to the American people to transform our economy to one run on clean energy—one that would build more electric vehicles, cut dirty fossil fuels, and boost industry. 

These commitments matter because they paint a picture of the America we want, need, and deserve—one that empowers workers instead of billionaires, communities instead of oil and gas companies.
