Tonight, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) may ram through payout #R01NS110169.
If NIH gets away with it, their greedy white coats in Louisville won’t just take more of your hard-earned tax dollars. They’ll exterminate 28 more cats in a Kentucky laboratory.
This is bad situation. We just discovered how the white coats will kill them.
11:59 PM - DEATH SENTENCE: each cat is restrained in a vise… her small torso is immobilized… and her SPINE is SEVERED.

Then, each cat is WATERBOARDED: forced to swallow water repeatedly as it’s shoved down her mouth. It feels like she’s drowning.
Some of the kittens are tortured here for 1,000 DAYS.
WASTEFUL: Our government is about to pay for this experiment again, even though NIH has already funded at least three other grants just like it.
These 28 kittens may suffer unspeakable agony for no good reason!
The feds just don’t care. Payout #R01NS110169 may be renewed tonight to prolong their waterboarding torture.

P.S. Taxpayer, EMERGENCY DEADLINE: I love kittens. But I hate losing campaigns. Tonight, I’m scared to DEATH that we'll lose for the worst (and totally preventable) reason: lack of funding.
