Get rid of your landscape waste for free the week of December 4, on your regularly scheduled garbage day. Place leaves, brush and grass clippings in 30-gallon Kraft paper bags and put out with your recycling and waste containers. Stickers are not required for this bonus yard waste collection.??
Due to last weekend's snow and cold temperatures, leaf collection will continue in Zone C and some subdivisions in Zone B through the middle of next week. Zone A has been completed for the year. Congratulations to Locked In Photography, the Village of Oswego?s Economic Development Commission Business of the Month for November. Owned by Wendy Greenslade, Locked In Photography was established fourteen years ago and has been operating in downtown Oswego for the past eight years.
A generous community contributor, Wendy has donated her time and talents to photograph Santa and the Easter Bunny during downtown events for the past four years. She is also an active volunteer for the Oswego Downtown Association as well as a director with the Oswego Area Chamber of Commerce.

Toys for tots 2
You can help make a difference for children in need this holiday season. Drop off unwrapped toys at Village Hall or the Police Department to support this year's Toys for Tots drive. The Oswego Fire Protection District has also placed donation boxes at all four fire stations. Drop off toy donations by December 8.?
