🥳 AMAZING news! ⬇️

We’re extending our Giving Tuesday 2X match for TODAY ONLY! Why, do you ask? Because we’re just shy of reaching our $300,000 goal to train 5,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities (ID) – and I know we can still hit this goal for our amazing athletes with a little more support from our Special Olympics family. But we only have until MIDNIGHT tonight before the 2X match expires for good. So please, if you missed your chance on Giving Tuesday or you’re excited to make 2X the impact again, step up right now!

The Special Olympics athlete you see above flying down the track, Lawrence R. from Special Olympics Michigan, describes his passion for running in similar words: “It makes me feel like I can FLY.” And FLY he does! Lawrence not only graduated from high school this year but also earned a coveted spot on Special Olympics Team USA and competed at the Special Olympics World Games in Berlin!

But Lawrence doesn’t fly solo. His mom credits his awesome Special Olympics teammates with helping Lawrence become more sociable everywhere and more confident out on the track.

Special Olympics is the first STEP for so many people with ID so that they can soar. You still have time to claim your Giving Tuesday 2X match – donate before midnight to change 2X the lives through the power of sports:
