November, a time for reflection and gratitude, encourages us to acknowledge
our achievements while weaving a tapestry of thankfulness for
relationships, experiences, and opportunities. We are grateful for all
you’ve made possible for women and youth through your support of Healthy
Futures of Texas. This includes:

* Impacting the lives of 12,000 Texas youth through both direct education
and engagement efforts;

* Enhancing the capacity of health centers to be youth friendly and
improve the quality of care to individuals ages 10-24. Our latest network
of providers includes clinics in Houston, Dallas and El Paso;

* Teaching young people to become leaders of change in their communities,
through education, civic engagement and Youth Advocacy Day at the Capitol;

* and so much more.

Texas teenagers give birth at a rate that is 50% higher than the national
average. In 2022, for the first time in 15 years, the Texas teen birth rate
actually increased. Yet our state’s charged political landscape remains
challenging for the delivery of medically accurate and culturally relevant
sex ed instruction.

We are committed to addressing those challenges.

Your year-end gift will help ensure we can do so. Please donate today. [1]
