If you’re fortunate enough to know a Marine, you know we carry our identity
as a Marine with us to the grave.

My service in the United States Marine Corps was a life-changing commitment,
and it has continued to shape mine as I have returned to civilian life.

Even now, as I’m fighting to win a seat in the United States Congress, I’m
doing so with Honor, Courage and Commitment.

I don’t back down from a fight, and when there is a fight, I make sure I’m
there first.

When I saw my city suffering from economic hardship and rampant crime due to
poor leadership, I took on an entrenched & well-funded incumbent and won
election as Mayor.

Now, I see the country that I served to protect suffering from the exact same
crisesand worse, so I’m jumping into the fight to fix it.

Meet Kevin Lincoln

My name is Kevin Lincoln, and my story, is the Valley’s story. I am a 3rd
generation Stocktonian, raising a 4th generation in the city I love. I’m the
grandson of Mexican immigrants, and my stepfather is an Army veteran.

Like many Stocktonians, my family has overcome economic setbacks. My own
father struggled to survive on these streets, and was at one time, homeless.
But I never let adversity define me. I joined the Marines and served in the
White House Military Office, assigned to Marine One. I graduated college while
working full-time and raising a family. I’ve worked in corporate America and
served our community as a pastor, and as a non-profit leader.

I’m blessed with a beautiful wife, Bonnie, and two amazing children. I’ve
lived a life of service, but the greatest honor of my life has been giving back
to my community, through serving as Mayor of my hometown, Stockton.
