John,
I’m in Georgia today to debate Ron DeSantis on Fox News (yes) … and to tell something viewers of the network don’t often get to hear…
The truth about Joe Biden’s record.
And here’s the truth:
Joe Biden has created 10 times more jobs than the previous three Republican presidents, combined.
In fact, 47 million out of 49 million jobs created since Ronald Reagan left office were created by Democrats.
Joe Biden passed the largest infrastructure bill since President Eisenhower and the largest investment in climate action in our history.
Joe Biden took on Big Pharma and WON.
That’s Joe Biden’s America.
But I also wanted to explain: Why Georgia?
Simply put – Georgia is a key battleground state, and one we’re going to have to win in 2024.
In 2020, Joe Biden flipped Georgia blue for the first time in over 25 years, and it was the closest state in the country. Joe won Georgia by just 0.23%, and we need to defend Georgia in 2024.
Not only that, but Georgia flipped both Senate seats blue in the 2021 runoffs, and then re-elected Rev. Raphael Warnock to a full term in the Senate.
I’m going to pause here to ask you to pitch in to help Democrats win Georgia next year. Will you rush a donation to the Democratic Party of Georgia knowing how much Democrats have accomplished and how important Georgia will be?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

But I’m also not done talking about the importance of Georgia.
As I send this email, the Georgia legislature is redrawing their maps after a federal judge ruled that Republicans illegally gerrymandered them to dilute Black voters’ power. Redistricting means that Georgia could gain another swing House district – a district that might decide control of Congress.
I’ve talked a lot about how we need to replace Republican Speaker Mike Johnson, and the best way to do that is to flip House districts across the country. By donating to the Georgia Dems today, you’ll help us get rid of Mike Johnson and flip control of Congress.
So I have just one more question:
Are you with us?
– Gavin Newsom
