BJS seeks a Deputy Director of Planning and Operations (GS-15) to supervise employees at GS-15 or equivalent level; oversee the annual budget formulation and execution and the management and monitoring of funds; coordinate short- and long-term program plans; analyze and interpret policies and regulations pertaining to the agency's performance, management, and budget functions; and lead the development of strategies for major BJS programs of national scope and impact.
