With our critical end-of-month fundraising deadline coming up at midnight, I wanted to take a moment to remind you what we’re up against. 

Last month, after weeks of infighting, House Republicans voted to elect one of the most extreme Speakers in United States history – Mike Johnson.

Johnson wasn’t just a vocal cheerleader of Donald Trump’s Big Lie. He was the legal mastermind behind it – drafting the amicus brief signed by a majority of House Republicans to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

But that’s not all. Speaker MAGA Mike Johnson (and second in line to the presidency) has also:

- Championed a national abortion ban
- Worked to ban same-sex marriage and stop Obamacare from paying for women’s contraceptive coverage
- Proposed cutting Social Security and Medicare
- Voted against funding Ukraine to defend themselves against brutal Russian attacks

John, here’s the bottom line: As long as Republicans control the House of Representatives, our values, our rights, and our democracy are in jeopardy.

I’m fighting every day to stop MAGA Mike’s dangerous agenda, protect our freedoms, and take back the House in 2024, but I can’t do it alone. And with just hours to make up the difference, we’re still more than $5,000 short of our November budget target.
