After our last Action Network release, you can now target emails by verified openers, and you’ll also be able to report on verified openers everywhere email stats are displayed. This enables you to answer some burning questions about your email program on Action Network, such as:

• Who do I know for sure is opening my emails?
• What percent of opens are robots vs. humans?
• Why should I care about machine opens? (Also, what are machine opens?)

We’ll talk generally about open rates and what conclusions you can and cannot draw from the mysterious metric and run through our new verified opens feature and how to use it.
