If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the Moore family and the billionaires backing their case — which they will likely do given the blatant corruption of Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito — billionaires will be able to get out of paying their fair share taxes, and our country will spiral further down the rabbit hole of horrific wealth inequality.

The OLIGARCH (Oppose Limitless Inequality Growth and Reverse Community Harms) Act would introduce a progressive tax on household wealth starting at 2% for people with 1,000x to 10,000x of the median American's wealth and growing to 8% for ruling class members with 1,000,000x median wealth.
With Republicans like Donald Trump exploiting inequality to shift the blame from his billionaire friends to immigrants, people of color and those with limited means, we need to act now — before they get the Court to pre-empt legislation to make them pay their fair share.
