From 11-22 March 2024, the 68th session of the UN Commission on the Status
of Women will take place in New York City. We attended and addressed the
most recent Commission earlier this year in March and we plan to contribute
again next year.

Just a few weeks later from 29 April - 3 May 2024, the 57th session of the
UN Commission on Population and Development is on our agenda. As the
leading global campaigning charity on human population, Population Matters
has a lot to offer the Commission and a lot to say to our fellow
delegates. 

Both UN events are incredibly important in support of our campaign for a
better future, where relationships fostered at the highest of levels help
elevate our message and support our goal to effect positive change
globally. Population Matters intends to be at both events, bringing our
advocacy to the highest levels of international diplomacy.

The Big Give Christmas Challenge is the UK’s largest match funding
campaign. Last year, thanks to generous supporters like you, the campaign
raised £28.5 million for over 1000 charities. This year, donations will be
matched pound for pound for 7 days*, until 12 noon GMT on Tuesday 5
December.
