This is to inform property owners that the first installment of the 2023-24 Annual Secured Property Taxes becomes delinquent if not paid by Monday, December 11, 2023.? This is one day later than the traditional delinquency date of December 10, as this date falls on a Sunday in 2023.? State law establishes property tax payment deadlines and does not grant extensions.?

To avoid a late payment penalty, we recommend property owners pay their property taxes online [ [link removed] ].? Electronic check payments are easy, available at no cost, and only require bank routing and checking account information.? Property owners who are making a payment by mail should ensure the envelope contains a United States Postal Service (USPS) postmark date of Monday, December 11, 2023, or prior.

The attached PRESS RELEASE contains important information regarding payment options, the Department?s office location, and office hours.?
