John—

This webinar will show never-before-seen video and photos of the appalling conditions inside Tucson Sector immigration detention facilities.

The imagery was obtained through a lawsuit we recently won—Doe v Wolf—with our partners at the National Immigration Law Center, the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area, the ACLU of Arizona, and Morrison & Foerster LLP.

This case challenged the inhumane treatment of migrants held by Border Patrol in its facilities in the Tucson Sector. The recent ruling established an important constitutional baseline for detention conditions in U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities.

By participating in this webinar, you will:

  • Understand what this ruling means for migrants held by CBP.
  • Witness firsthand the cruel conditions migrants have been subjected to for years in Tucson Sector Border Patrol facilities.
  • Be able to ask our attorney questions.
