Mad has proven her commitment to justice and transparency time and time again during her first term. As she faces re-election in just a few short months, I'm reminded why I'm so proud to be on her team.

She has proven that she's working hard to deliver on her campaign promises, and she's pushing for something that we need more in our politics: decency.

Whether on the House floor or on the campaign trail, Mad will work with anyone — regardless of party or background — who is interested in improving the lives of their community members and creating a brighter future for our children.

At the end of the month, she's facing a major end-of-quarter public filing deadline, and what she raises now determines what she can do later — it determines her ability to deliver on her leadership responsibilities at the DCCC, helping like-minded leaders get elected, and it determines what she can do when attacks come her way from her opponents.
