*ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material

* Ability to deal with customer enquiries effectively and sensitively, including where necessary liaising with other agencies
* Ability to write memos and letters in a clear and understandable manner relating to complex legislation
* Competent in the use of computers including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentational software and the internet
* Good awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018
* Ability to work as part of a team in a positive and inclusive manner

We are looking for an experienced contract manager with excellent communication skills and project management experience. The role will be leading a programme of work to identify and reduce costs of contracts across Nottingham City Council. The postholder will also bereviewing contract management policies and processes across the organisation and implementing new governance structures. The individual will need to be able to netweork with colleagues across the council .
