Hi John, It's Lieutenant Governor David Toland, and I'm tired of the extremists in the Kansas Supermajority.
Governor Kelly and I won statewide, but extreme Republicans in the Legislature have the power to put our good work to a halt – and they have before.
With the Supermajority constantly threatening to overturn our vetoes, we NEED to break their lead.
John, the only way we can break the supermajority is to elect more Democrats to the Legislature – which means we need to grow our Democratic coalition across Kansas. Will you help the Kansas Dems collect the $4,191 they need to reach their End of Month Online Fundraising Goal and put an end to extreme Republican control in the Legislature? [[link removed]]

John, Governor Kelly and I know what regular Kansans need, and that's why our common-sense platform got Democrats to the Governor's office twice – But the extreme Republican Supermajority is full of lawmakers that care more about their own special interests than getting things done for folks like us.
FIRST : They blocked Medicaid Expansion which means 150,000 hard-working Kansans are without health coverage, rural hospitals are closing, and there’s an untapped market for jobs and economic activity.
THEN : They spent time prioritizing divisive laws that take away our personal freedoms and harm our ability to attract businesses to Kansas, instead of focusing on funding our schools, responsibly cutting taxes, or increasing teacher pay in a post-pandemic Kansas.
NOW : They're focused on stripping away money for our public schools by increasing vouchers for unaccountable private entities with your tax dollars.
We need to elect Democrats that will help Kansas grow, not Legislators that take us back.
The Kansas Dems are quickly approaching the End of Month Online Deadline, and they're still $4,191 away from reaching the online goal. John, can you chip in to support the KDP so we can continue getting Democrats elected across Kansas? [[link removed]]
