What a year 2023 has been! We unlocked opportunity and affordable housing solutions and we couldn’t have done it without you, our members! 

NPH’s memberships run on a calendar year, so don’t forget to renew today for 2024 to take advantage of member benefits! Key member benefits include:

✊ Building Power Through Messaging: Lessons for the Narrative Curious

The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative’s Housing Affordability program has recently released “Lessons for the Narrative Curious,” which details their evolving approach to resourcing narrative work to build public support for housing reform in California.

NPH is honored to be included in CZI’s Housing Narrative Partner Program to help represent the breadth, vision and leadership needed to shift our statewide housing narrative to one in which Californians believe everyone should have access to a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home.

Broadband Installation Grants for Affordable Housing – Deadline: January 1! The CA Public Utilities Commission has grants available to pay up to 100% of broadband equipment, installation and engineering at new or existing affordable housing sites. Applications are due January 1 and July 1, 2024. Applications are simple, not scored and noncompetitive.
