Last night, Liz Whitmer Gereghty called to tell me she’s suspending her campaign and endorsing me in the race for New York’s 17th District.

First, I want to thank Liz for her contributions to our community, especially for her service on the Katonah-Lewisboro school board.

I am honored to have Liz’s full support in this race. She understands how important it is that we flip this seat blue, retake the House majority, and save American democracy from the threats posed by MAGA extremism.

Now it's time to band together and defeat Mike Lawler—who masquerades as a moderate on television but votes like an extreme MAGA Republican.

John—the road ahead won’t be easy. Election experts are calling this race a “toss-up” and Punchbowl named NY-17 one of five races that will determine the House majority this cycle. We must all rally together to defeat Lawler and his national Republican allies.

Liz is in this fight with me, and I need you too. Please chip in before my end-of-month deadline to help me flip NY-17 blue and retake the House majority.
