The World Justice Challenge is a global competition for innovative initiatives that champion the rule of law. By participating, organizations have the opportunity to showcase their work and join a community of rule of law champions from around the world.
The 2024 Challenge theme is “The Rule of Law Foundation of Democracy.” To be eligible for the Challenge, projects should be focused on effective strategies for strengthening the rule of law to reverse autocracy and rebuild trust in democratic governance.
Five winning projects will be selected from a field of 30 finalists and receive a $20,000 cash prize to further their impact. Finalists will present their work at an event adjacent to the American Bar Association Annual Meeting in Chicago, August 3-9, 2024.
