Dear Friend,

I am so grateful to everyone who
joined together this #GivingTuesday to make such an incredible impact
on our efforts to bring more help and hope to those facing Alzheimer's
disease.

As you know, the fight against this
disease is far bigger than one day - but so is the generosity of
our community. If you haven't had a chance to make your #GivingTuesday
gift yet, it's not too late. Help keep up the momentum by making a
#GivingTuesday gift today to support our efforts to advance promising
research and provide essential care and support.

This year's #GivingTuesday was a day
of great unity and impact, but fighting this disease is a year-round
effort. Over 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's or
another dementia, and this number is expected to increase to nearly 13
million by 2050. They are the reason we work every single day to
deliver vital care and support, to advance promising research, to
further advocacy and outreach efforts and to bring greater help and
hope to everyone impacted by this disease.

Friend, here's
another reason we need your help to keep up the momentum in our fight.
Treatments approved by the Food and Drug Administration can help slow
cognitive and functional decline for people living with early
Alzheimer's.

While these breakthroughs bring hope
to some coping with this disease, they're not for everyone. Every day
without access, an additional 2,000 people progress past the point of
eligibility for treatment.

Our work is far from done. We need to
keep fighting to make sure everyone who could benefit from these
treatments has access to them without restriction. We need to keep
pushing forward until everyone with dementia of any kind - at
any stage - can get the treatment, care and support they need
and deserve. To do that, we need your help.

Your interest in our work shows that
you know what the spirit of #GivingTuesday is all about. Will you help
keep that spirit going a little longer by joining the fight with a
#GivingTuesday gift today to help us keep working to end Alzheimer's?

I hope you'll take this opportunity to
continue the #GivingTuesday spirit by making your first gift to help
further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other
dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk
reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and
support.

Thank you. I appreciate your support,
and I hope the holiday season ahead will be a healthy and joyful one
for you.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
