Since our founding in 2011, Higher Heights has demanded the world invest in and uplift Black women leaders. We are proud of our historic gains over the last 5 years and to keep the momentum, we are elevating our investment by launching a groundbreaking Black women’s executive leadership program.

The inaugural Leadership Fellows Program is a nine month rigorous and intensive Black women's civic leadership program. This cohort of 25 women will have a chance to build community together with the best of the best. We are proud to bring together a superstar coaching and training team to execute this one-of-a-kind fellowship with Black women leaders at the center. 

Working with Jessica Byrd and Three Point Strategies, Simone Ward, Dr. L. Toni Lewis, and an all-star team of Black women strategists, this program will seed leadership possibilities that will shape our world for years to come. 

We are calling all bold Black senior level women leaders. 

1. Have you felt uplifted then isolated from growth opportunities? 
2. Are you a leader yearning for additional management skills and leadership coaching? 
3. Do you tell others to seek self-care but have yet to find a way to prioritize your wellness?
