Abdo and Asma are 9-month-old twins from Yemen. Their family was displaced by the war. There was not enough food available in the camp they fled to, and the twins developed malnutrition. The twins became lethargic and their eyes would barely open.

Their mother Asirya searched for care and found the IRC. The twins received the specialized nutrition care they needed to recover. Now Adbo and Asma laugh and play. Asirya calls them "children of the IRC."
