In just a moment, we are going to ask you one last time to help push us to our goal of 50 gifts on Giving Tuesday— but first, let us explain why your donation today is so important.

Just this year, MCV and our allies have:

* Collaborated with key decision-makers in Augusta to put bold climate action front-and-center;
* Played a pivotal role in passing bills to protect endangered species habitat and to keep our environment clean and Maine people healthy; and
* Held our lawmakers accountable for their votes on climate action and other environmental issues with our annual Scorecard.

This Giving Tuesday, a very special donor will release $5,000 to kick off our year-end fundraising campaign. But, that is only IF we reach our goal of 50 gifts by midnight.

As things stand, we are 12 gifts (or 1 monthly donor) short of our goal.
