John,
This Giving Tuesday, we urge you to give generously. Your support is crucial in expanding our successful efforts on college campuses and ensuring that pro-democracy, pro-women, pro-reproductive rights, civil rights, and LGBTQ+ candidates prevail in the critical elections ahead.
Together, we can forge a future where equality prevails.
For equality,
Eleanor Smeal, President

John, we celebrated major election victories this month thanks to your support and the organizers we had on the ground on college campuses in Ohio and Virginia.
Getting out the vote of young people, especially young women, is a recipe for success. With the reversal of Roe v. Wade and the loss of women’s rights, abortion and the Equal Rights Amendment have become crucial issues. We know that young women are upset about the loss of reproductive rights, so we must get started for the 2024 elections.
That’s why we are emailing so early on #GivingTuesday. We urge you to give generously to equality, on this day focused on encouraging everyone to support their favorite causes.
As you know, John, young people have been critically important in recent elections, which is why our work on college campuses is so essential. Since 1996, we’ve been successfully mobilizing young voters on college campuses through strategic organizing and get-out-the-vote efforts to win key elections. In 2018, we helped win Senate races in Nevada, Arizona, and New Hampshire. And just this month, we helped win elections in Virginia and helped protect reproductive rights, including access to abortion with a state constitutional amendment in Ohio.
Your donation is needed to help us expand our work on college campuses. We must ensure that candidates who support democracy, women, reproductive rights, civil rights, and the LGBTQ+ community are elected in 2024.
Together, we can win — we must win.
For equality,
Eleanor Smeal, President

PS: Now is the time to move forward — not backward. Please donate generously today.
