Earlier this fall, a celebrity Republican named Steve Garvey entered our
U.S. Senate race.

Because of California’s “jungle primary” system, the top two vote getters
in March’s primary (regardless of party) will move onto the general
election in November. And a recent poll shows Garvey within reach of a top
two finish.

→ If Katie falls into third place, she won’t advance to the general
election and we’ll lose her voice in Washington.

It’s critical we reach our end-of-month fundraising goal so we can reach
voters who will decide the outcome of the primary election in just over
three months.
