Dear Fellow Democrat,

[[link removed]] My name is Kaeli Nguyen, and I am an intern at the Oklahoma Democratic Party. The more I come into the ODP office, the more I learn about politics in Oklahoma and nationwide. On my first day, I quickly learned about the detriments of gerrymandering and gentrification occurring right here in Oklahoma City. My internship work has only furthered my dream to be a lawyer for the people who have no voice, and I am grateful for these experiences.

My time at the ODP has been positive, but it is hard to ignore that money, unfortunately, runs the world. Even at sixteen years old, I understand how difficult it is to get work done for Democrats across our expansive state when we don’t have the funds. I now understand better from my experience what it costs to run a state office, run a coordinated campaign, and provide the basic resources for Democrats. I can only imagine how having the proper financial resources could positively impact getting more work done to elect Democrats. I’ve seen it first hand.

Contributing to the Oklahoma Democratic Party is vital for transforming our current red state for the better. Your donation counts in this change.

Thank you,

Kaeli Nguyen, Oklahoma Democratic Party Intern
