Taxpayer, support for our new campaign has been very poor.
It’s depressing. Folks just don’t care about sea lions and dolphins in labs.
Well, I do! In my research, I’ve learned that:
I know you also care about these animals, Taxpayer.
If you read below, you’ll see that a generous WCW supporter is DOUBLING donations on Giving Tuesday to help us raise $75,000.
Please help save 77 dolphins and 44 sea lions by 11:59 pm!

What if I told you the war on lab animals isn’t just happening in laboratories anymore?
And Taxpayer, what if I told you the new battlefield isn’t on land… but at sea?
77 dolphins. 47 sea lions. $40 million in taxes.
Breaking Exposé: The U.S. Navy is in the ANIMAL TESTING business!
Midnight Deadline
Brace yourself, Taxpayer.
We just uncovered a trail of abuse so severe…so HEART-BREAKING…that even I couldn’t have imagined our government was capable of such depravity.
I was wrong.
Captured from their wild habitat. Endoscopes rammed into their blowhole. Deliberately trapped in nets… just to study how they react.
It's called the Marine Mammal Program. And its victims are some of the most intelligent, sentient animals on the planet.
Here’s what we found across 2,200 published papers:
Taxpayer, guess where the Navy gets its lab specimens from?
SeaWorld.
We’ve obtained hard evidence that the Navy acquired animals from the infamous amusement park disgraced by the Blackfish scandal.
And Taxpayer, the Pentagon also went on a $48,000 shopping spree at SeaWorld for “male sea lions.” [Payout #N6600110P5361]
Taxpayer, now here’s the real scandal:
The Navy doesn’t want to do this anymore. Congress is FORCING them to do it!
The Navy actually announced a plan to phase out the use of marine mammals for locating sea mines in favor of modern, high-tech underwater drones.
But the heavy hand of Congress just passed a 2023 defense bill prohibiting the Navy from retiring the Marine Mammal Program.
Taxpayer, I love our troops. But dolphins and sea lions don’t serve.
The White Coat Waste Project (WCW) has launched a BRAND-NEW campaign to get the Navy out of the animal testing business.
When your Giving Tuesday gift is doubled, we’ll:
The MOST EFFECTIVE way to stop any government animal experiment—including the $40 million Marine Mammal Program—is to do it QUICKLY. Otherwise, it will become a federal precedent and remain on the books for years to come.
EXTREMELY URGENT: Congress is setting the Navy’s new budget right now!
We have a very tight timeline to take action.
A big-hearted supporter is matching gifts on Giving Tuesday. She’s challenging YOU, Taxpayer, to help us raise $75,000 and Challenge Government!
Last time we took on the Pentagon, we cut its funding for all animal testing in Russia and China. And we won the first-ever policy to retire and release its lab survivors!
We could do it again, Taxpayer. But those wins only happened because YOU stepped up with a financial contribution.
However, we have NOT covered our new campaign budget. To pull off this brand-new effort, we must have a strong showing on Giving Tuesday.
Midnight Match for Taxpayer: On Giving Tuesday, your special gift will go TWICE as far to support all our work and help get the U.S. Navy out of the animal testing business.
Taxpayer, 47 sea lions and 77 dolphins are counting on you.
You Give. We Win. They Survive,
